Questions
Which exports can I import?
Detailed time reports as CSV from Harvest, Toggl Track and Clockify, plus any spreadsheet with a date column and an hours or duration column. Comma, semicolon and tab separated files work.
What if I import the same file twice?
Rows already imported for that client are recognized and skipped, so you can re-export the whole month and import again.
Can I count only billable time?
Yes. If your export has a Billable column, you can count only billable rows. The others are kept but don't reduce the balance.
How are billing months defined?
Each month runs from the retainer's start day. A retainer starting on the 15th runs the 15th to the 14th. Start days after the 28th clamp in short months.
Who can see my client's statement?
Only people you give the link to. Links are long random tokens, are not indexed, and you can revoke or regenerate them at any time.
